To recognize and reward those who go above and beyond, we are excited to introduce the Janissary Vacation Time Incentive Program (VTIP). This program is designed to offer additional vacation time to our non-exempt employees as a token of our appreciation for their commitment and excellent attendance.

The VTIP is available to all Janissary non-exempt employees who have been with us for at least the last consecutive 12 months. If you've shown dedication and consistency in your role, this program is for you!

After your first 12 months of employment, if you've maintained a perfect attendance record with no documented disciplinary issues, missed shifts, or call-ins, you'll start accruing extra vacation time. Specifically, you'll earn 4 hours of vacation time each quarter, as long as you continue to meet these standards.
