Janissary Names Brian Campbell as New Executive Vice President
Campbell Brings Ingenuity and Proven Leadership Experience
HOUSTON, Texas -- Jan 26, 2018 -- Janissary, LLC announced today that its Board of Directors has appointed Brian M. Campbell as its new Executive Vice President, effective January 1st, 2018. Campbell will continue to serve as the interim Vice President of Business Development during the transition.
Campbell joined the Janissary team as recently as January 2017, where he served as the Vice President of Business Development. “After a thorough and exhaustive search to fulfill the position internally, despite Brian’s relatively short tenure, he was the clear and unmistakable choice for the position,” said Janissary’s Managing Director, Nathan Yalcin. “In just his first year, Janissary saw a nearly 400% increase in net earnings; I’m certain that Brian contributed to that success in a major way.”
Campbell, a U.S. Army combat veteran of Afghanistan, attributes his successful management style to his leadership experience as a military officer. “It’s as simple as identifying a need, or ‘mission’, then using ingenuity and unconventional thinking to ensure the mission is accomplished efficiently.” As Vice President of Business Development, Campbell led the Janissary team to success by integrating state and federal government clients into the diverse portfolio of subsidiary, Janissary Security. A graduate of the University of Houston, Campbell’s expertise is concentrated in corporate “intrapreneurship”, business development, and corporate finance.
